The coronavirus crisis has sparked a worldwide race against time to try to understand its nature, contain its spread and develop a vaccine. What they don’t expect is for the occupant of Number 10 to turn himself into the invisible man. The spread of the coronavirus also has significant implications for Mr Johnson’s attempt to secure a decent trade deal with the EU.
